![]() The People -- Purebloods (people with five generations or more without muggles/muggleborns) The purebloods have seperated themselves into those who support the new government and those who don't. Those who are in support are often found working for and/or with the "Aristocracy" and those who don't have either hidden themselves, acquired jobs or pastimes that will allow them remain neutral or become members of the Order. Of course, not everyone is the same alligiance in a family and this is where things become complicated for both sides to find allies. -- Fullbloods (people with a muggle or muggleborn great-grandparent) Fullbloods are the next step down the ladder from pureblood. Along with the traditionally pureblood families, it is vital that the fullblood families reproduce to keep the pureblood population on the rise. To this end, many are encouraged by public service announcements about the benefits of purity within society and the importance of the old values. -- Halfbloods (people with a muggle or muggleborn parent or grandparent) Halfbloods have a slightly blurred line for what they can and cannot do. Many have jobs within Hallow Industries and it's affiliate businesses so they can be kept an eye on and those who do not are required to go to government "healthchecks" once every six months. This includes both a mental and physical componant and if failed, they can be put on probation or in some cases, admitted to St Walpurga for further testing and/or rehabilitation. -- Muggleborn (people with muggle parents) There are two types of muggleborns. Some that are useful and thus kept alive in lower status jobs (service within the "Aristocracy", shop work, etc) or trained in combat to be used as 'canon fodder' against those who would oppose. Those who prove useful in neither way are executed, along with both parents. There is a test at the age of five that determines the childs capability for which way it would prove useful, if it all. Disobedience and magic are not permitted for use. The "Aristocracy" -- Lestrange The Lestranges controlled the Greater London area (shown in green on the map), where you can find the majority of their operations. This is where you will find the lead cell of the seven cells of operations spread throughout the territories. It's the largest building and Lestranges often inhabit it as a home as well as a place of business. They are also the contract owners of the front company, Hallow Industries, which in affiliation of St. Walpurga, often helps the "sick" to heal, to preserve the purity in the lineage. -- Avery The Avery family control the majority of Wales and parts of the West of England (shown in teal on the map). -- Black The Black family control most of the Central and East parts of England (shown in grey on the map). -- Dolohov The Dolohovs control the mid-Ireland (shown in purple on the map) and manage the Training Centre. -- Mulciber The Mulciber family control the middle part and capital of Ireland (shown in light blue on the map) -- Nott The Nott's control the majority of Northern Ireland (shown in navy on the map) -- Malfoy The Malfoy family control most of the South of England (shown in pink on the map). -- Rosier The Rosier Family control most of the North of England (shown in orange on the map) -- Travers The Travers family control the majority of Scotland (shown in yellow on the map). -- Warrington The Warrington family control the top of Scotland (shown in red on the map) and manage St. Walpurga Hospital administration. -- Allegiances Not everyone is as this dictates, though for the most part, the allegiances are as follows. There are always exceptions in every family, but this follows the majority. Not everyone is very active in their views, but this is a preliminary list and subject to change. List of Govermental Support Families Baddock, Bletchley, Bole, Bullstrode, Carrow, Crabbe, Davis, Derrick, Edgecombe, Harper, Higgs, Flint, Fenwick, Gibbon, Goyle, Greengrass, Macnair, McTavish, Montague, Jugson, Karkaroff, Parkinson, Pritchard, Pucey, Robins, Rookwood, Rowle, Selwyn, Snape, Urquhart, Vane, Vaisey, Wilkes, Yaxley, Umbridge, Zabini. [more tba] List of Anti-Govermental Families Abbott, Abercrombie, Brown, Bones, Crouch, Diggle, Doge, Figg, Fletcher, Frobisher, Hooper, Horton, Jones, Jordan, Kirke, Longbottom, Lovegood, Lupin, MacDonald, MacDougal, Macmillan, McCormack, McLaggen, McKinnon, Meadowes, Pettigrew, Podmore, Prewett, Robards, Shacklebolt, Stebbins, Strout, Summerby, Tonks, Thomas, Vance, Weasley. [more tba] The Order of the Phoenix The Order is having to use covert methods to save the lives and minds of those targetted by the affiliate corperations of Hallow Industries and the Death Eaters themselves. Due to need to hide people, the Order has a make-shift bunker built in London where those who cannot risk exposure return to and agents within other forces check in. They have small bunkers, mostly used for those on the run if they cannot apparate, situated across the territories. More... Walpurgis Alliance (Death Eaters) The Death Eaters have essentially won their mark and the United Kingdom is well under their control, with few exceptions. The term Death Eaters is now associated differently, more with the office sections that scatter the countries. These are controlled by key families and key people. Most of these people have 'cover' jobs within the affiliates (St. Walpurga Hospital, Hallow Industries, etc) and the sections are known as Black Ops (operations that are highly classified, hidden from public view and ony answer to the illustrious Board Members) and thus it is still seen as something that is only just this side of legal. The more legal side of things are done through the Ministry and the front companies; donations, public speeches and a good strong public image is the norm. People are encouraged to be open and honest with the administration and it is promoted as a generally good thing. More... Ministry The Ministry is an odd mix of neutrals and supporters for the new Government. Mental sweeps have become the norm for suspected traitors, regulation of magic users, etc but within it, there are members of the resistance. More... Hogwarts The infamous school is often used as a beacon of neutral thought in the world. There is an agreement that Dumbledore remains headmaster in name only and that the staff teach an appropriate curiculum. The school was kept alive due to using it with relative ease to mold young minds and keep an eye on those who may cause trouble as adults. Needless to say, Filch is a very happy man. Non-Humans As with most of the world, these creatures have been sorted into different categories. Those who are useful (either as mercinaries or employees of Hallow Industries and its affiliates) are more or less left to their own devices. In the cases of transformation, feeding, etc, arrangements are often made by the company for them for this. There are those who are deemed neutral - either because they don't care about the world and who is running it or they are (more or less) passing for human. The latter are required to undergo a six-monthly check up. The last group are renegades and either convinced to become otherwise or destroyed. Espionage Espionage or spying involves an individual obtaining (i.e., using human intelligence HUMINT methods) information that is considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information. Espionage is inherently clandestine, as the legitimate holder of the information may change plans or take other countermeasures once it is known that the information is in unauthorized hands. More... Locations The Full Map (1392x1521pxls) Over the past five years, Voldemort has spread across the majority of both England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. After the first year as it started to become a functioning society, these places were devided up through borderlands controlled by the older families involved in the cause. This meant that Voldemort himself was free to spend his time as he wished and did not have to trouble himself with civilian concerns. He could always travel freely among his territories. Hogwarts - between Edinburgh & Aberdeen in Scotland. Azkaban - the North Sea Hallow Industries - Belgrave Road, London. DE Bases - [tba/regional] Order of the Phoenix HQ - Brixton, London. The Ministry of Magic - Kensington, London St. Mungo's - Willow Place, London Diagon Alley - Charing Cross Road, London Order Bunkers - Barry, Birmingham, Glen Nevis, near Darlington, Penrith & Dundalk. Training Centre - Tullamore St. Walpurga Hospital - Garve Avalon - North Atlantic Ocean. Businesses, Cells, Headqarters & Bunkers Hogwarts - the school remains a type of no mans land, though stricter than before with a few select teachers. Azkaban - property of Hallow Industries, the now defunct prison is used as a 'development' facility - in reality, a place for interrogation and detaining suspected terrorists. Hallow Industries - The Aristocracy front company. Heads of the families are the board members and set out controlled territories, with everything from Covert Operations to Charity functions. DE Bases - TBA Order of the Phoenix HQ - London Headquarters is like a small town underneath London, using the old tunnels under the city and expanding them. This is for people who are on the run permenantly or a temporary haven. It's also the main assignment section of the Order and where you are most likely to find Dumbledore. The Ministry of Magic - The Ministry seems to deal with more petty disputes, organisation of games and official things than anything else. There is a lot of oppression here, though it's very much on the undercurrent. St. Mungo's - The old hospital is very much the same, though they now are required to liase with St Walpurga for those who need 'help'. Diagon Alley - TBA Order Bunkers -TBA Training Centre - One part is legitimate and trains up new employees of the affiliate corperations and one part of it assists in re-education, usually after a stay in St Walpurgas. St. Walpurga Hospital - This is where people who either want or have been unfortunately caught having a 'dysfunction'. The hospital is run by Hallow Industries and is designed to help rehabilitate those who have become walk ins or those caught in the act. The insanity plea will end you up here, more than likely. Avalon Occupations Occupations are split into legitimate and illegitimate. The former lead mostly peaceful lives and the latter are often used by both sides so skirt on the side of not being arrested. They are also allowed certain permissions that they wouldn't usually be allowed in exchange.
